It's about time for an update on me. I've had a fun and busy spring so far. I have a new batting T, so Daddy and I go out and hit it sometimes (I really like that). Daddy took me to my first circus. I was really excited, right up until the show actually started, then I got a little bored (there weren't enough animals, too many people), but I stuck it out and had a fun time. I think I'll really like it more each year. Mommy bought me my first kite, so I had to fly that the first chance I got... wow is that fun. I'm going to start some swim lessons as soon as the pool opens up. I'll be going with my day-care, so I'll have lots of friends there. It's going to be a fun summer! I have a bunch of new pictures up on my album.

I can't believe I almost forgot to let everyone know the really big news... I'm not wearing diapers anymore!!

I have a new little sister, Corinne! I have had so much fun trying to help Mommy & Daddy out, but I don't think they always appreciate it. I'm not jealous at all, though. I really like being a big sister, but I can't wait until Corinne is big enough to play with.
Right now, I have my first really big cold... ever (I've had a few little ones before). My head is full and I've had a fever for several days now, and I've missed 4 days of day care. Plus, I gave the sniffles to Mommy & Corinne, and Daddy's probably next. It isn't fun at all, for anyone.
Oh, speaking of firsts, I got my first really destructive mischievous act under my belt. I disappeared into the downstairs bathroom with a marker (not permanent, but not washable either) for a good while. By the time mommy figured that things were too quiet, I had had my fun. Daddy said that he's never seen mommy's head steam like that before. Thankfully for me, daddy was able to wipe it all off before it dried (I'll have to be quicker next time).
I joined a gymnastics class, and I really liked the first few classes. But I haven't gone in about 3 weeks now, for one reason or another (sick, not in the mood, etc...). I don't know if I'll be in the next class or if mommy & daddy will have me wait a bit before we try again. They've mentioned taking some swimming classes soon, and I know I'd like that.

I just turned 3 years old on December 15. I had a fun birthday party at the Holiday Inn; they have a really neat pool area with all kinds of slides and water spouts. I had a bunch of friends and relatives come celebrate with me. We swam and ran around all afternoon, I was really tired by the end of the day. Of course, I was spoiled rotten. And then I had Christmas to look forward to. The house is one big toy box now.
I'm running around and carrying on like a little person now. I can talk in pretty good sentences now... it's nice to be able to tell Mommy and Daddy what I'm thinking now (mostly, I'm just telling them what I want and don't want). I'm going potty on the big potty a lot now, and I love to run off and tear off my diapers when no one is looking.
I've been ice skating with Daddy a few times now. I really like it, but it's tough. Daddy wants to get me on some skis this year, too. That sounds fun, I like looking at the skiers on Buck Hill when we drive by.
